ORU was chartered in 1963. In 1965 its first students were accepted. There are currently over 22 major buildings on the ORU Campus and over 5,300 students enrolled in undergraduate and graduate in many disciplines. The architecture is unusual and many building’s design symbolize something specific. ORU is a major attraction in Tulsa, Oklahoma. ORU has a reputation for excellent facilities, excellent credentials.

The City of Faith Medical & Research Center was founded in 1981, the largest health facility of it kind in the World, combining prayer and medicine. After 8 years the City of Faith was closed and the facility is now known as CityPlex Towers which houses commercial business’s and medical enterprises.

Howard Auditorium

The golden geodesic-domed fine arts building is used for theatrical productions, campus movies, seminars, and classes. It houses a 1,000 seat auditorium designed for music and drama.

Hamill Student Center (70,000 sq.ft.) has three auditoriums, cafeteria etc.
