Horse Lovers listened to The World of Horses formerly called The HORSIN AROUND Show broadcast every Sunday evening from 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM with host B.J. Rickard for nine years two months, (476 consecutive shows). This call-in talk format show was the longest running show dedicated to horses. The host answered questions regarding all aspects of the care of horses. The show was for horse lovers and horse owners. Sunday October 1, 2006 the show signed off for economic reasons.

Rickard is based from his Bixby, Oklahoma horse ranch where he is also an author of books and articles about horses.
